I’ve gone from 148 to 139 pounds since January, which is HUGE and has been mostly due to eating cleaner and getting off my previous birth control. Now that summer is here, I want to lose a little more weight and get stronger!! So here’s the deal: My goal is to hit 132 pounds, have visible abs and a firmer, rounder bum. My short-term goals are 137 and 135, and I’ll be rewarding myself with Nike spandex at 137 and some other Nike thing at 135. Can’t wait!!! Renewed my membership at the gym today and killed my workout. PUMPED!!!!
